Who is the Real Boss?

Ex-employee of Large Manufacturing Company reveals that he left his job because of the confused state of leadership. His role assigned him to undertake the position of booking and coordinating lunch-and-learns, trade shows and other creative prospecting opportunities. He was to schedule and confirm appointments, follow up via email, phone, & fax. Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint because of his business skill.
